Sauce Harvest Apricot Sauce

  • 10 ounce can apricot preserves
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 fresh jalapeno seeded and minced
  • 1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • in saucepan combine all ingredients
Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring frequently with a whisk.
Use immediately or store in fridge.
