Marinades Garlic Basil Chicken Marinade

  • 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup distilled water
  • 8 fresh basil leaves
  • 4 large garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
In food processor combine vinegar, lemon juice, water, basil, garlic, sea salt and black pper.
Process slowly adding oil in a steady stream. Store in fridge air tight container.


That looks yummy. You can also substitute the lemon for orange and add some honey and hot sauce and make a yummy honey orange spicy glaze.
