What kind of recipes are you looking for? Something hot or sweet? Sticky or dry? Or just anything at all? Not sure what kind of recipes you already use.

I hope you have found a good recipe by now since this is an older post. We like them baked in the oven and then tossed in hot sauce. Most folks fry them first and toss them but baking cuts down on the calories.

I like my wings baked. Sometimes I will deep fry them for a bit and then toss them in sauce and then bake them in the oven for a bit. They get nice and gooey that way. I don't think I have ever really had any wings that I didn't like. I like them hot, or sweet or both or really anyway at all.

I'm with L_B on her comment concerning wings. I too have pretty much never met a wing I did not like hot/mild/sweet/gooey makes no difference.
I like grilling them on my Holland which pretty much cooks like an oven. I used to really futz around with the spices until we went camping up in western PA and ran across a product called "Wing Dust". Its now my go to spice on wings and most things fowl.

Mmm, I haven't made chicken wings in a long time. Way too long. I almost bought some last time I was shopping, but I went with the chicken thighs, instead. I think next time I will pick up some wings, although I'm not sure how I'll cook them. I will probably bake them in the oven, rather than on the grill, and I'm trying to get away from deep frying things, although I'm kind of interested in getting an air fryer at some point.

I have never heard of Wing Dust before, I am curious what is in it. I am going to have to Google it and see what it is. Interesting name.

I've never heard of Wing Dust before, and haven't really checked into wing seasonings in general. I did buy a package of Hooters wing seasoning before, but it's been so long I don't remember it. I've never been in there, but it was sold in whatever store I was shopping in, so I decided to try it. I googled wing dust seasoning, and apparently there are quite a few. From what I saw of one company, peanut butter is included in their wing dust, and that sounds interesting.

If you google Wing Dust they have some pretty good sounding recipes. Some of them are really spicy so I think I just might have to make up a batch and give them a try. I love chicken wings. We usually have them once a month as a weekend treat. They go good with a nice cold beer.

You have to be careful cooking wings because there is a fine line between cooked and being overdone. When they are overdone they are dry and not very tasty.

The most important about chicken wings is the right seasoning, once that is done they are delicious!
