Hello all,
I purchased a home this year that came with a really nice outdoor kitchen that includes a built in Bull Angus grill and hood.
Previously I've been grilling on a Nexgrill 6 burner that I was able to dial in indirect 225 and 325 with ease, and had great grilling success with it.
Now I started using this Bull and I'm having real inconsistent results. Heat appears pretty uneven and I can't get to 325 indirect with 2 of the 4 burners on high. I can only get around 280. I can start a 3rd burner, but that leaves me only a quarter grill space to work with. I'm not sure if this is the performance I should expect our perhaps I have some issues with the grill. Needless to say I've been pretty disappointed so far with this fancy grill.
Any thoughts or advice?
