Sauce Apricot Preserve Dipping Sauce

  • 10 ounce jar apricot preserves
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 inch ginger, unpeeled and thinly sliced
  • 3 teaspoons lemon juice
In saucepan, combine apricot preserves, soy sauce, ketchup and ginger.
Bring to a boil over medium heat
Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes
Strain liquid into a plastic container. Stir in lemon juice. Package up.
