    Boring tuna noodle casserole

When I make tuna noodles, I add finely chopped onions, sliced mushrooms, a bit of garlic and I love adding a tiny bit of coriander. It gives it a nice touch. When it's ready, I add a bit of cheese. I'm not particular about the cheese; I only used whatever is in the fridge.

    Gin and Tonic Cake

I have never heard of gin and tonic cake either. I know some recipes (that I have tried myself) use rum for example, but never gin. It would really be interesting to know how it turns out. I'm curious.

    Hummus with pickled banana peppers

I normally can't stand the taste of hummus, but this recipe sounds very different from any hummus I have ever tasted. I love spicy foods so I am sure I will like the touch of banana peppers. I may even try it with jalapeno peppers.

    Roasted garlic spread

I like the idea of roasted garlic. I have never tried this before, but I sure will give it a try. Also, I love garlic and I love everything that has olive oil in it. So I'm sure I will like it.

    Grilled Pears And Apples

I tried this yesterday and it was great. Prior to grilling, I prepared a sort of thick syrup, using a little bit of water, some sugar and some cinnamon. Then I poured it on top of the apples and pears. After that, I put them in aluminum foil and onto the grill. Then I served them with some...

    Grilled Stuffed Zucchini

@sthrnfriedchick That is indeed hard to believe and lucky :) I don't know of any kids who like zucchini. In fact, I didn't use to like it when I was a kid myself. @shazr Not long, probably around 15 to 20 minutes. You just need to keep an eye on it. Once it becomes soft and the stuffing is...

    Grilled Stuffed Zucchini

I am not sure if anyone else here likes zucchini. I know it's not a lot of people's favorite vegetable, but I love it. So I tried this recipe the other day and it was great. I prepared minced beef with onions, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper and parsley. Then, I emptied the zucchini and...

    Long Horn Okra

It looks beautiful, but I couldn't eat okra if my life depended on it. I really can't stand its taste. We see it here in mid July through August. Nobody in my family eats it either. But from the comments above, it sounds delicious. I'm wondering if it's the spices you use or what you cook it...

The Fall! My Favorite Season For BBQ

I also prefer the fall. Well, I don't really have a choice because when the spring starts, I get allergies. So I try to avoid being outside as much as possible. Summers are too hot and winters too cold here too. So the fall is the best time for me too.

    Garlic Bread On The BBQ

I have never tried garlic bread on the bbq grill to be honest. However, this sounds pretty interesting and easy enough. I should definitely give it a try.

3 In One - Breakfast Served!

I like this recipe and I have tried it too. The only difference is that I added some cheddar cheese between the bread and the bacon and then on top of the egg. I love cheese, so I tend to try to use it everywhere I can :D

    What's in your coleslaw?

I don't put cucumbers in my coleslaw. I put shredded carrots, white and red cabbage, apples, raisins, salt, pepper, vinegar and I add a little mayonnaise. I like that sweet and sour taste; that's why I like raisins and apples in it.

    Grilled Honey Mustard Chicken

I am planning to try this recipe I got from a friend of mine next weekend, but I'm not sure how the combination of the ingredients would taste. Marinade: - Mustard - Honey - Garlic - Onions - Soy sauce - Sugar - Salt and pepper - Chicken fillets The marinade is made by blending all the...

Which fruits do best on the grill?

I heard of a recipe with grilled apples and another one with grilled peaches. I guess the apples are okay to grill, but I can't imagine how grilled peaches would taste.

    Halloumi Cheese

I have, but unfortunately I find it too salty for my taste. Halloumi cheese is a very popular ingredient in the Middle East and breakfast is not breakfast without it. It can be grilled, fried or used as a stuffing in pastries.
