Published by Chronicle Books in 1996, Jamee Ruth is a personal chef to several celebrities, and has made several television appearances to give advice on cooking techniques. Ruth begins the book with a chapter titled “Tips, Tricks and Techniques.” Following that chapter, the author presents over four dozen recipes. The general categories for the recipes are: appetizers, vegetables, meat, poultry and fish.
