Nec timeo, nec sperno
- 8 thick chops 20mm thick
- 1 cup natural yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 tablespoon freshly chopped mint
- 1 tablespoon freshly chopped dried tarragon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ground black pepper to taste
Mix together the marinade ingredients and marinade the chops for about 4 hours.
Braai them over moderate coals for 10-12 minutes, basting frequently with the marinade.
