Looking forward to participating in this forum. I am sure I am going to learn quite a bit from some of the veterans here. I have two Primo LG 300s ovals, an Akorn Jr. and a Country Smokers Traveler portable pellet grill. I think I collect more than I cook but I enjoy the effort. Would like to know of other Erie CO bbq and meat smoking enthusiasts to maybe share some tips experiences...
