Braai Glazed Flat rib

  • 1,5 kg flat rib cut into 8 portions
Tomato Glaze
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
Mix together the ingredients for the glaze.
Braai the flat rib over moderate coals for about 30 minutes.
Baste the meat frequently with the glaze
