    Marinade1 TSB Ground Ginger
    1/2 Red Onion, Chopped
    4 cloves Garlic, Chopped
    1/2 cup Parsley, Chopped
    1/8 cup Gravy Master
    1/4 cup Dry Red Wine
    1/4 cup Soy Sauce
    1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
    1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
    1/4 cup Brown Sugar
    S&P To Taste

Place all ingredients in a food processor, blend to a paste.

Transfer to bowl, cover, and refrigerate 3-4 hours. Then place the steak in a dish and spread the marinade over it.

Refrigerate for 24 hours turning once.

Ooooh, that sounds good. I wish I had this recipe on hand last night.

I wonder if this would work well to change up hamburgers?

Yes, that definitely sounds delicious. I don't have a food processor right now. I wonder what else I could use to make this. I don't think my blender is strong enough, and the mixer would make a mess. I guess I could maybe separate it into batches and use my mini chopper. I think it would probably work well with hamburgers. I was thinking on top of meatloaf, as well.
